I have a simple idea to improve your health: Stop paying Big Food to kill you. 

This is not hyperbole. As new research is revealing, chronic health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and high blood pressure combined with Covid-19 means a death sentence for many.

A new study from New York City shows that nearly all patients hospitalized with the virus had one chronic health condition and 88 percent had at least two. 

Other reports have shown that obesity is complicating one's ability to recover. Researchers think this is likely because obesity causes systemic inflammation, which is exacerbated by Covid-19. 70 percent of the population is now obese or overweight. 

What are all of these ailments caused by? A hyper-processed, industrial food diet. 

We don’t need any of the industry’s products. We don’t need to create food. We just have to eat actual FOOD. Food that is natural, organic, healthy, and WHOLE. It’s so simple, I want to say it again: Stop paying Big Food to kill you. 

The problem is the system has gamed us. If it were easy to switch to a healthy system, more people would have done it. But our food system is tied up in the hands of a few huge corporations with the leverage to keep lawmakers on their side.

Talk about a broken system. Look at these facts:

  • 10 out 10 wines independently tested positive for glyphosate (a cancer-causing ingredient in Monsanto’s RoundUp weed killer).

  • In 2008, Monsanto’s patented genetics alone were planted on 80 percent of U.S. corn acres, 86 percent of cotton acres, and 92 percent of soybean acres. Today, these percentages are even higher. 

  • Six out of ten of the most common causes of death are directly related to our food supply.
